There are a number of ways to get help and answers to queries:

- The FAQ has a whole lot of questions which others have asked and
which we have deemed to be "common" questions. Please look here first.
- Email
- Any questions or queries which were not answered adequately by
the FAQ should be sent by email to support@gamemax.org with the
following information provided:
- Username
- Gamemax server you're using
- Line type/speed
- ISP
- Date/Time the problem occurred
- The actual question/query
An Example:
- User: imbauser
- Server: pamela.gamemax.org
- Line type/speed: Wireless 512k
- ISP: ISP's R us
- Date/Time: 11/09/2008 12:58
- Query: Why was i not able to log in at 11/09/2008 12:58
for 2min.
